The inmate program ran successfully for 7 years starting in 2015 with over 100 inmates going through the program!
Due to changes in the correctional facility since covid, Second Chance now operates by board members, volunteers, and staff hired through the city of Syracuse.
We continue the mission of giving second chances to local dogs in need!
